Refund or Cancellation policy

Thank you buying our courses, we ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, asses and purchase our courses, whether it is a Language course or any technical courses, either its online or class room instructor led training.
As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course from our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.

Refund Policy : Online Training
One must raise a cancellation request within 7 days after purchasing the course, then the 75% of the fees paid by the candidate shall be refunded. However no refund will be provided if you raise a request after 7 days of the admission.

Refund Policy : Classroom Training
Aiuto reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or class or change the location and time of the event or class due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness.
In case Aiuto cancels an event or a session, 100% refund will be paid to the candidate.
If a cancellation is initiated by the candidate before starting the batch, 75 % of the total fees paid by the candidate will be refunded however no refund will be provided once the batch is started.

Note : All the refunds will be processed within 10 working days after refund request is approved by Aiuto.
